TRANS } Jiyoung keeps to show her love and gratitude for Kara on her stylebook "Grow Up"

At August 27 Jiyoung released her first stylebook called "Grow Up". The stylebook contains profissional and personal photos of Jiyoung at London, Seoul, Okinawa and with her cat Leon. Beside the photos, there are a lot of interviews with Jiyoung. In one of the pages of "Grow Up", Jiyoung makes the following statement about Kara:

ARTICLE } Jiyoung says that Kara's former and actual members are still good friends

Model Actress Jiyoung (21) had a launch event for her style book 『Grow up！』 held in Tokyo, this 29th and we had the opportunity to interview her. Last year in April she left the Korean girl group KARA, and went to UK to study for four months. Jiyoung’s activities in the acting industry in Japan is also smooth, “I want to do musicals someday,” she said fluently in Japanese, showing motivation.

ARTICLE } Jiyoung congratulated the marriage of Horikita Maki and revealed her “boyfriend’s” presence

This August 29, an event was held in Tokyo for Jiyoung’s first style book 『GROW UP！』(published by Magazine House, released August 27). Last year’s August, she signed an exclusive contract to Horikita’s agency, then she started doing activities as an actress. The same year in October was the broadcast of the special drama starring Horikita, 「Higanbana～Onnatachi no Hanzai File～」(NTV) where Jiyoung is plays as a co-star. “Though we were just asked to work together, she is very nice person, like a gentle sister. I really want her to be happy” she said with a smile.

It seems that Jiyoung was given advice on site and she was very thankful, “I was taught about dialogues and such.” When asked, “Is Horikita-san your goal?”, Jiyoung gave a bitter smile saying “No, not yet. Horikita-san is an actress representing Japan. It’s hard for me.”

NEWS } Jiyoung will release a style book!

"GROW UP!" that's the title of Jiyoung's next project. It'll be a style book produced personally by Jiyoung. "I will show all of me." she says about the book that will have 112 pages showing photos since her time in London until her relationship with Leon, nowadays.

"I will show memories of places and photos that I've never shown before, such as with my cat Leon, to everyone". The style book will be released at August 27, showing the first year of Jiyoung's new life.
